Negotiations regarding air transport services between EU and Brazil are being closed. According to many commentators Brazil has the largest air transport market in South America, it is also one of the fastest growing aviation market in the world and is expected to increase its demand and growth in the forthcoming years.
This agreement can have significant impact in both economies, business, travellers and both EU and Brazil can take advantage of this agreement.
The main points are:
# All European airlines will be able to freely operate direct flights to anywhere in Brazil. Meaning no restrictions on routes, prices and number of weekly flights.
#Cargo operators from EU will have more business opportunities flying to Brazil.
#It will facilitate cooperation between Brazil and EU
We could say that it's really a necessary agreement for both parts, on a already outdated restrictions between them. It comes in a real strategic moment, once Brazil is now in a very good position in terms of economic growth and will host major sports events in the forthcoming years.
